Active Learning With TechnologyDescriptionThis three-day workshop models methods for integrating technology into the daily delivery of learning. Participants will use a variety of models that utilize technology as a tool to complete a project and create a product. Upon completion of this workshop participants should be prepared to more completely integrate technology into the learning experiences of their students. Using Your Palm HandheldDescriptionESC2 has a Palm Certified Trainer on staff to help you with all your Palm training needs. Topics can include everything from the basics of using the Palm troubleshooting the Palm, Palm in the classroom, and Palm in administration. Internet ResearchDescriptionThe Internet Research workshop is designed to give teachers new or fairly new to using the Internet in the classroom some hands-on practice in finding relevant sites and pages to use in their classrooms. Emphasis is placed on classroom-friendly sites, evaluating sites, searching efficiently and effectively, and copyright issues. |
